Jewels Kyodai Mahjong

Jewels Kyodai Mahjong is a "Mahjong Connect" (Shisen-Sho) variant. The technical core is "Pathfinding Constraint Logic." Unlike solitaire, you don't stack; you connect. You must link identical tiles with a line that has maximum 2 turns (3 segments) and does not intersect other tiles. It is a "Grid-Erosion" puzzle requiring players to scan the perimeter to hollow out the center.

A flat grid of jewel tiles is presented. Your goal is to clear the board. Interaction is "Tap-Pair." Select two matching jewels. If a valid path exists (per the 2-turn rule), they vanish. Tiles may be static, or subject to "Gravity" (falling down/up/left/right) after a match, which dynamically changes the board state and available moves.

Clearing the grid depends on "Gravity Prediction." If the game has gravity (tiles fall), always "Match from the Top" (or opposite gravity) first to preserve the lower arrangement. If you match from the bottom, the entire board shifts, destroying potential setups. A pro tip is "Peripheral Clearing"—aggressively clear the corners and edges to create "L-Shape" paths that can reach into the center of the grid.
